National day of action for inclusive education called by Jeremy Corbyn for this Saturday 1 October

After his election as Labour leader on Saturday, Jeremy Corbyn announced in his victory speech a national day of action for inclusive education this Saturday 1 October. The Tories are split over May’s policy and a concerted campaign could push them back.

The Labour Party has set up a website where you can enter your postcode to get notifications of local campaigning, go to the website here

Unite the Resistance wants to see this call fully supported with joint street campaigning between Labour and the education unions where possible. We would encourage anyone who wants to participate to get in touch with their local Labour Party and the education unions to find out what’s happening and to get involved.
