One Housing strike to protest the victimisation and suspension of Unite convenor Bryan kennedy

onehousingWorkers at One Housing Group in Unite in London are set to strike from this Friday, 6 June. They’re out until Tuesday 10 June.

The workers struck repeatedly against an attack on their pay last year. Now they are standing up to  defend Bryan Kennedy, their lead convenor during the strike. Bryan was suspended in February, a result of union activities.

They have held a number of protests and voted overwhelmingly to back him.

Their strike runs from 8am Friday 6 June  7.59am Tuesday 10 June
Picket Lines take place at two locations:
1. 100 Chalk Farm Road, London, NW1 8EH
3 minutes walk from Chalk Farm Tube next to The Roundhouse
Strikers will picket there on Friday 6 June 8am – 4pm, & on Monday 9 June 8am – 4pm
2.  Ponders Bridge House, 402A Caledonian Road, N7 8UA
Next to Caledonian & Barnsbury Overground station, 5 mins walk from Caledonian Road Tube
Strikers will picket there on Saturday 7 June from 12 noon – 2pm
