East Oxford delivery office strikers kick off national ballot at Royal Mail with a bang

East Oxford Royal Mail delivery office workers in the CWU are striking back against the dismissal of two senior members.

As ballot papers are dispatched to 125,000 CWU postal workers for national strikes over privatisation, workload, pay and pensions, East Oxford workers are starting the ballot campaign with a bang.

Their strike begins 11pm and will run for 24 hours.  The picket lines will be running at East Oxford D.O. OX4 6HB from the following times:

11pm 26 September and 6am Friday 27 September
