Rally for education – NUT and NASUWT education rallies

26 April 2013

Copied from the NUTNUT-NASUWT-logos

Since 2010, the Government has embarked on massive changes to education. But the majority of these changes are not supported by parents, teachers or schools. The NUT and NASUWT are opposed to the Government’s changes to teachers’ pensions and pay and are working together to protect jobs and working conditions for teachers.

Schools are on the brink of a major crisis that is damaging the teaching profession and will

undermine education for years to come.

Members of the NUT and NASUWT are saying: “Enough is enough – it’s time to rally for the education of our children and young people.”

Rally against Government attacks on the education service and teachers. All teachers, parents and governors welcome.
